LOL...
in all seriousness, i'd like to see the dap also, but there isn't a reason why it would be rejected would it? Doesn't it fit under the new development regulations?

Yeah, a meet should be organised soon. Sounds like a plan....
I can't see why this would get knocked back, unless that stupid Air space rule comes into play here.
Looking at it now, I'd agree with the 85-100m range. Some of the top levels are obscured by the angle of the render.

We've been expecting you Pants!
What's the go with this one atm? I didn't see it on this month's dap update.

Fugger me blind! Hadn't heard of this one b4 until pants jogged my mem from a while back. Oath, I want this one to go ahead, not even on the CC block. Surely airspace rules wont screw this one up, it would be the closest development site to Santos itself!
Looking forward to hearing some more.

Sounds and looks promising. It's a shame they don't own Homestart House then they could have demolished it as well and made a larger building. I hate that building and with all the new buildings going up around it, it looks terrible. This new proposal looks as though it will be very narrow although it widens out at the back a bit. I suppose this initial render could change a fair bit over time.
Is the cream coloured building to the right of this building heritage listed because it looks like they are trying to build around it? I do have concerns about the blank angled wall on the northern side and what the building will look like from the west as well. King William Street is a pain for blank walls facing to the north and it will take a while for it to all fill in.
Look forward to some more details on this one as at the moment it still seems rather sketchy.

I reckon this has to be one of the most interesting designs to be offered here in Adelaide with the nice angles and glass. Finally Adelaide might get some more 'outrageous' buildings rather than the plain square box, offend-no-one design. It's still irks me than there's been so much outcry over the Commonwealth Law Courts (which I think is fantastic) that this may get the same treatment.

This building looks modern but in a really good way. It will be great to have another tall building on our main street. and near Santos too, as this will get rid of the big gap between Telstra and Santos in the skyline

I seriously can't believe it, two new tower proposals in a week!
This is a great proposal and I seriously hope that it gets built, as due to the buildings position it would do wonders to the city skyline.
Although this building will probably be approved by council, I fear that it may never go ahead due to the large quantities of office space entering the market. And whilst office absorption rates in Adelaide are the best that they have been in many years, finding tenants for all the proposed office buildings may be a problem. Hopefully I'm wrong.
