WHAT? Where did that info come from. Its at Level 8to9 of 14 at the back and Level 4 of 8 at the front.Shuz wrote:Someone mentioned earlier that it appeared topped out, and I would think so too as the roofline appears consistent with the adjacent building?

Hindley St. is such a fascinating street. It's a real pity it smells like toilets.

This building is two tiered so the section fronting Hindley St. appears to have topped out at three floors.

No Pistols Needed.
Its 14 Levels at the rear and 8 at the front. Absolutely guarantee that.
Hindley Street face is currently at level 4, then will step back in at level 6, then again at level 7.
The rear tower is currently at level 8/9 of 14.

I rather like the thought of fourteen storeys lurking back in there. I must get down to Hindley St. for a look at this building, because the most recent pictures aren't overly inspiring.Buildit wrote:No Pistols Needed.

Great pic update crawf. Good to see some different angles of the CBD development, this one still has a fair way to go and it is already having a fair impact from your pics.

A very bland piece of work IMO. Still. good to see more than 4 levels at the back. More people means more life in the city and, all things considered, that can't be bad.

I walked past on Friday - I stand by this:
Pleasingly, it's tucked away behind all the buildings of Hindley St. and the lane nearby.Omicron wrote:It looks like the Sturt Road mezzanine carpark of Westfield Marion.

Yeah its definitely not one of the best looking developments atm, if other student apartments end up like this I will scream.
