Because not every construction site requires a crane for people to drool over online, obviously.
I wasn't having a go at Crawf. I too actually thought why the heck there was no crane at first, but it occurred to me that one wasn't required, otherwise one would obviously be there.
They had smaller mobile cranes around if I remember correctly.

Not all building sites require tower cranes. Two examples I can think of are the Allegra hotel refurb which used a mobile crane and also Alpha at 8 storeys used a mobile. But then you have projects like Bent St Apts at 6 storeys used a tower crane.

I think it comes down to brass tax.

I had a very quick look today - looks like it is completed, with commercial tenancies being offered & leased eg:

Infinity Pilates & Personal Training Studio is located within the newly completed, prestigious Infinity Waters complex at West Lakes.

Had a look at it over the weekend also. Looks fantastic. I'll change the status to complete.

Thanks Howie - I agree about the finished product looking fantastic, & built to a very high standard, from what I saw over the years.

They have a construction picture gallery at http://www.infinitywaters.com.au/gallery.htm
