[COM] Re: #U/C: 374-400 King William St - 47m, 11 lvls
Hi guys,
I've been plugging some developments to Australian National Construction Review publication (http://ancr.com.au/), and i'm happy to say that SA Water (VS1), Lot8 Coglin Place, Thomson Playford Building and KWS will be featured in the next edition.
Thanks to our dear friend Sarah Giles editor at ANCR.
Cheers

Progress since last update:
At this rate Both Wave, Edge and Hills House will be complete before they even have a crane installed on this site.

Thanks for the pic again Ben.
Work slowly seems to be increasing on this site. Those 2 fire escapes have gone up quickly. Hopefully they finish the foundations concrete pour soon now they have excavated most of that norther area. Then this one can fly up with its expected steel frame construction.

More concrete being poured this afternoon.
It is a very large floor area so will be very interesting when they start to assemble the steelwork or formwork. At 90m long the building will have a major visual impact on the approach to the city from the south.

Brilliant! The sooner the better. Can just imagine tha city from the south with all the new ones built. IMO these + the trams will create threshold which in and of itself will generate further development.

They really left there run a bit late for the final basement concrete pour on this site. The site currently looks like a big muddy mess. They seemed to have done the individual column foundations though. The weather is meant to fine up for the next week or so, hopefully it will dry up a bit more.

Who is the construction company building this one?
[COM] Re: #U/C: 374-400 King William St - 47m, 11 lvls
I'm not sure but who ever it is is a disgrace. I see every day about 6 cars parked in there but not once this week has someone actually been doing work on site. they all sit in the lunchroom in the gillies st carpark all day. it is really terrible and who ever the developer is must be turning a blind eye. Will wrote:Who is the construction company building this one?

Considering all of the cassions have been delivered and ready to go next door with Wave and Edge.

I think the developer for this one is Kyren Pty Ltd who are currently constructing the Coglin development.
