Would it be poosible to add the crane status as another column of the ovwerall chart?(Or have I missed something here).
ADELAIDE - TOWARDS A GREATER CITY SKYLINE
i was just thinking the same thing - how many cranes are there?
and i'm a bit confused, how does Shuz's spreadsheet differ in content from AtD's database of current/proposed construction around Adelaide?
Last count 6 - Coglin/gouger bldgs, Octagon student apartments, Consevatioy, Gallery, Ipad. Not sure if Aurora is up.
ADELAIDE - TOWARDS A GREATER CITY SKYLINE

Updated... tweaked it a little bit here and there. Added new proposed/approved section, eliminated months (reverted to upcoming section) craned buildings identified in grey colour. If there are ANY mistakes... let me know and I'll be sure to fix it straight away and re-update it accordingly. Now that Office is working fine again, I can update it consistently with any news that comes through regarding new & existing developments.
FYI - Building list is capped at 7 levels, I'm wondering if theres enough metropolitian developments (which would come under a seperate section to CBD developments to warrant a list. If so, could people provide details?

Likin the tweaks
Notice that the 171-207 Gouger st isnt on the list. Not very exciting at 5 levels but it will be a pretty major development & probably needing a crane

Been on a cruise ship out of Seattle lately? You are getting plenty up there at the moment!

Lol, I can't believe I admitted my secret wish to live in a boat shaped building. I just got a bit excited when I saw Space!
Now, this is embarrassing but I don't know a thing about the cruise ships
Last summer I did see three largish cruise ships going up Puget Sound when I took my kids to the beach - my hubby said they were on their way to the Alaskan fjords. To be honest, I was focusing more on the fact that we were standing on the beach in our bathers, on a warm day, looking over at the Olympic Mountains which were covered in snow!
Cheers, Caroline

What are you waiting for? Go on a cruise. You may end living in an apartment block-shaped boat instead!
Cheers

Updated (again!)
28th May - New West Lakes development included, construction updates in conjunction with Crawf's photo updates (much appreciated, thanks)
27th May -Added new metropolitian developments section, again, have capped developments at 7 levels.
I really need help with NewPort Quays development... There is 28 pages of dribble and hardly any solid information in metropolitian thread - and developer's website doesn't help much either. (keeping in mind I haven't read EVERY page, but more like every 3rd page...)
If there is
any errors. And I mean by any - let me know, and I'll update it straightaway. A well-maintained guide is a resourceful one (unlike Wikipedia at times)
Cheers, Shuz.

Looks good Ben.
I douby though that Hills will have 2 Cranes though (hope I'm wrong!) due to the floorplate size I'd say one 1500D, or 360D with a 45m boom would suffice.

King William Street is going to look great in a couple of years time. A 25+ building on the Southern side of Vic Square would really cap it off!

Can you take off the watermark project at Glenelg. It's ridiculous, even urban construct don't have it advertised anymore.
