The cores are currently being constructed at the moment. Should be getting a big concrete site pour within next few weeks.

Looks more like a crane pad than the lift core... think this site will get a tower crane (hammerhead) instead of a Favco... to service both sites

You were right Norwood 2 Hammerhead Crane bases being installed today opposite each other.

Would have liked Favco cranes but never mind. Unfortunately I think the crane used will be from the Coglin St Tower being that it is no longer needed.

Thanks for the pics Ben. It is good to see some crane bases going in. The Thomson Playford and Coglin cranes should be going soon so we need these and Aurora to go up soon to keep the cranes going

Maybe they are using potain cranes instead as they way that you described it, I would have thought hammerheads would be too close to each other to use?

They're being used in sites all over Perth

I'll take a pic at lunch but just one is in and the other is being dug... they are also construction one of the lift cores it seems.

One Crane base installed and opposite it looks like the 2nd base is getting ready to be installed. Next to the currently installed base (which you can't see in this pic) looks like a lift core or some sort of foundation work is being constructed.

I've checked the whole thread, and there seems to be no mention of how many apartments and sqm of office space is included in this development. I'm adding more information for my CBD Excel list, and just wondering what the stats are with these two. I need them to be compiled as individual projects, and not as the whole.
