Ah yes, that road is very easy to speed on. It should be 70 or 80 IMO, if they set back the houses.

it's just a levy enabling you to go faster than anyone else
We should be able to simply pay the levy upfront when registering our cars each year. Pay for 70km in a 60km zone and get a blue number plate, 80km in a 60km zone and you get a red number plate
