That is looking absolutely magnificent.
Cant wait until they switch it on for the first time... here's hoping it goes off without a hitch.

Carparks always remind me of half completed buildings - no aesthetic appeal and cavernous. This is a much better result - even in the daytime when the full effect is not there.

is there a scheduled go-live date with a ceremony? You know Media Mike saying a few words then disappearing again...or does it simply go live once complete?

It wouldn't be South Australia without an official launch for the politicians and bureaucrats to stroke their egos.

But, as it happens, this project may actually be worth it. It's shaping up to be a remarkable contribution to the city.

Why would Rann attend an opening for something that has nothing to do with the government?
It is a council project and was approved by them.

Are they LCD panels or just steel plates which LCD lights illuminate?

steel panels illuminated by LEDs - shouldn't be too hard to maintain

Haha, who cares about the politicians opening it, I still propose we open it and a get together afterwards on the balcony at the Richmond. I believe Omicron has already worked out what cocktails he wants :D

The Omi Editing Scissors do one hell of a job of cutting official ribbonry, and it goes without saying that my eagle eye hath cast itself over thy cocktail menu.
