A little bit sad to see that the Rundle Mall HS building will be demolished, though the proposed brilliant design makes up for it.




Just noticed the new lighting, hopefully its a sign that the ACC will finally replace the current light poles.

What a fantasic proposition for Grenfell St. The Rundle Mall and Grenfell St frontages appear very engaging and the height will add to the bulk being constructed around that part of town.

This will really change the look of Rundle Mall in that area. I know, stating the obvious, but whoa that looks nice and slick.

Is any of this going to be residential? Or just Office and Retail. Would be nice to see Rundle Mall injected with more peeps after hours.

Looks great and will have a positive effect on the skyline and the mall. Its nice to see something of this height proposed, rather than another 50-60m building. Bring it on!

I love this building, i really really hope this goes ahead ASAFP. I have to ask though, who exactly will be assessing this project. Has the legislation stripping the assessment powers from the ACC come into effect and has the new independent assessment body been created yet? So will they be assessing this proposed development?

It was submitted I think one day before the rules changed so the ACC are assessing it as usual.

What a terrific development for the Northern side of Grenfell Street. Haven't read everyones posts but has anyone queried the height/floor numbers? Is 92m tall for 19 stories?
