I think it's pretty average......

Some projects are missing....
Some projects which are in there aren't going ahead.... eg Latitude

If you think the video is average why don't you make a better one...If not, you are in no position to criticise.

Furthermore how do you know Latitude isn't going ahead? I doubt Urban Construct would have spent more than 5 years battling to have this project approved to only discard it. Furthermore the builder has already been selected.

Mate, look at the following website

http://www.unisanet.unisa.edu.au/course ... &Year=2009

You need to take this economics course to learn about supply & demand.

There's no demand for apartments at glenelg.

agree. something not quite right about that one...
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Hmmmm...

Nancy is all fired up!

The Latitude is being advertised in the press for sale, including in some Spencer Gulf towns (yes - I was up in PP and PA on Saturday and PA is really going ahead!)

The Latitude looks ready to proceed, together with another large complex on the old motel site opposite the patawalunga..

And please don't get too sure of the "facts" on supply / demand. Urban Construct are no fools and they will have done their research. They are also quite conservative - ie only the Aurora is going ahead at the moment, not the two office buildings originally approved for Hindmarsh Sq - due to soft demand for their concept of small investor ownership.

+++ Great video. It captures most of the devlopment and gives a sense of where Adelaide is heading, even in a climate of sharemarket meltdown and tight liquidity.

Here's one question I have, how come all the trolls we seem to get always have Latitude in their sights?

Fantastic job UrbanSG!! Well done. Looks like you spend a lot of effort putting it together. Love the music. I especially like the last scene. It puts a sock in the mouths of everyone who says Adelaide is a backwater!

And to nancy, being a rude smartarse in your first few posts won't gain yourself any credibility, nor will referring people to mediocre uniSA courses. A failed attempt at insulting someone's intelligence. Please quote your source as to why you state there is no demand for apartments at Glenelg, and no "the lecturer said so" is not a credible source.
