4 cranes around HSQ and one down the road at the uni will make the area like crane central - all the action (with Rundle Lantern) will be most impressive - even to those not usually interested.

Let's hope the recent stock crash on Wall St does'nt resonate out strongly enough to us to stop any of this proposed/approved future development. Some very heavy issues going on there at present.

Noticed the crane base on site yesterday. Looks like another crane to go up this weekend? But there are 3 that could be coming down at any time (Gallery, Lot 8, Ipad).

Paul Pruszinski tells me it'll be less than 2 weeks until the crane goes up, and up to 5 favco cranes in operation at once soon. Exciting times.

Surely the gallery crane will be used as part of the Altitude construction with maybe 1 or 2 others for the 2 tower blocks and 2 other Gallery style buildings ? The hole is getting quite large at the constuction site though

I noticed that the base on site is a white one. Maybe a different colour crane to the usual BH colour scheme is on it's way?
