Excellent pics Al. Haven't had pics from that angle in that early evening light before. The glass looks amazing and it hasn't been cleaned or finished properly yet. CC1 is really taking shape now, I can't wait until it is finished and occupied.

From today. You will also notice that the Nicks crane demolishing the 'Tiser building has a black climbing collar on it now, so it should start to shrink very soon.

I went to the city today, and I have to say that for some reason the spire looks very different in person from how it looks like in photos. In person the spire does not appear disproportionate and to be honest I had my doubts from the photos but in person it looks very stylish and it is a very welcome addition to the building.

is it possible that the spire on cc1 may be an observetion deck? if you look closely it look possible

I doubt it, it would be a very small and dangerous observation deck.
