Where can you see the floorplans. Clicked on the above link to their website
and it indicates they are not yet available and are to follow
Hmm, NO floor plans
how curious ...

HI all,
I received an email on Wed 2008/7/23 PM 10:21 from Brock.
... plans to be collected first thing in the morning after which it is my intention to get these plans loaded onto the website.
Floor Plans will be available on the website today.

I don't think this one is totally dead, work has resumed on the sales office.
Fingers crossed

Any news on this one? Perhaps on hold due to GFC?

I quickly become less hopeful when when things go quiet - except with Adelaide. (It's the South Aussie in me). Still hope this happens. But getting it all in perspective - in Brisbane there is much more than a GFC - QLD is losing it's AAA rating, is in a financial hole facing $14bn deficit and with heaps of infrastructure being sold off to enable new stuff to be built. Buildings stopped everywhere. Demolished coal and tourist industries. Much to lose and much lost I guess.

any news here? seems 11 of the 86-ish apartments have been sold (according to the sales website).
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

I know the sales office closed over 6 months ago and is the site for the "Ghetto" as council has called it in last weeks DAP meeting.
The actual site remains untouched.

Strange cos the website is still up and running. It also shows that two of the four penthouses sold off the plan.
Shame that this isn't proceeding - would have been a nice city pad for when I get back to Adelaide.

Oooh, goody! I've been looking forward to this one.
We need more curvature in our city. Will be a nice density booster for the West End.
Must be a sign of the times things are picking up again, slowly, but surely, with re-commencement of this and the Merc on Gouger projects.

If only 11 apartments have been sold then I don't think they would be going ahead with construction.
It would be a pretty big risk.
