This one's been re-designed and will just be office space now.

There's a small b & w render in the property section of the Advertiser.

Such a shame cos that building was quite handsome. So not enough interest in the apartments or too much interest in the office suites...

Im pretty certain that this one was gonna be u/c before the end of the year, but now with this redesign anyone got any clue as to when its gonna start? May be good news i guess, cause it might mean we will see an apartment building from the same developer after this one is completed, only time will tell i guess...

Yeah those apartments were only on market for about 4 weeks. Not a long time to gauge how much demand there is for $1.5 million plus apartments! Hopefully they got too much demand for the apartments and a new building is planned for around the same district.

Yeah thats kinda what i was getting at pistol. Seriously though they woulda been snapped up so quickly cause they were whole floor apartments with 5 star fittings, and with cbd apartment vacancies of less than 1.2% (read that somewhere the other week), would be dissapointed if a new apartment block was not proposed in very near future.

I finally saw the redisigned version of this one in todays paper. What do you guys think about it? My opinion is that its nowhere near as nice as the previous design... almost communist looking if im too be honest. The redesign of the angled roof is a nice touch, but all in all pretty bland looking. The render was only b&w but still, rather dissapointed to say the least.
