As Will said Wave/Edge came down today.

Altitude and 20 Hindmarsh due down before end of the year and most likely just one to go up being Angus st, so will probably end the year on 4 down from 9 this time last year, but things look like they will pick up again in 2010.

A big comedown from 9 cranes but looks better for 2010 - will be extremely interesting concerning Bentham St - seems to be just plodding along in the background.

As an aside - I have noticed that in the AFR there is VERY little going on re sales of anything in Adelaide - very steady. Massive numbersof bldg sales in Brisbane and Perth - much more than even melkbourne or Sydney. Is this stability a good thing as it is in Adelaide?

Thanks mate - I can see your point, although your observation about fairfax is interesting. I too have noticed the pattern of advertising you mentioned in your last 2 sentences.

And Ben, could you please correct "speculative" construction dates for relevant developments? I'm just guessing at large, and would hope you'd have a better idea than I do - particularly concerning market demand and trends.
