But Aurora has a big lobby to the right side of the retail spaces, as well as a large street facing frontage. This building has a narrow frontage with no separated access on the floor plans for elevators.

I am sceptical about this one starting next year, but anyway we should be in for
a good year next year in the CBD.

We have the medical research instituite on North Terrace, Harris Scarfe, CC8 which are definitely going ahead.

Then there's this, globe and Uno apartments and a couple of others as possibilities.

Some of these developments will have 2 cranes.

Definitely looking better than 2010. (with 379 KWS as a possibility too). V pleasing to see the city coming out of the effect of the GFC. Just about killed the construction industry.

How was 400KWS done - it was most unusual as well -still went ahead though, facing the GFC as well.

I agree. Wrong location. They should be building something of this height at Harris Scarfe and not that reduced height thing that they want to build over there. Go figure? My two cents worth.
