Somehow I can't see this location far away from everything is the ideal place for the first Apple store in SA. However, I could see the developer being sued it this were false.

Apple would want far more control over the facade of the store at the very least, plus they tend to be very picky about locations. I'm sure it's absolutely nothing, and just something to put in the render. I remember some plans for a development in suburban Melbourne that had a mocked up Apple store in the render, which sent people into a flurry.

Next Byte, and the Apple sections of Myer and David Jones are resellers.

Yes, I wouldn't put too much stock in that. The number of times you see Aston Martins and Ferraris hastily altered with one extra headlight or the rows of Lewis Vitten, Gocci and Prawda stores in street renders makes me think this is just a wee bit of creative licence on the designer's part. Mind you, they'd want to be careful - perhaps a 'Orange' or 'Persimmon' store might have been safer (and more whimsical).

I notice that they are not advertising these apartments in The Advertiser on saturday
anymore. Hopefully that means there all sold out.

Yep, one of the girls bought an apartment here and it is due to start at the end of the month.

Built Environs were going to build it, but as mentioned Tagara group are now looking after the job.

They're digging around on the site this morning.

I'm on level 10 of the WorkCover building, with a window facing west. Will have a great view of this as it's going up, and then my great view of the western suburbs, airport and ocean will disappear.

After 3 or so weeks of digging around, we've got a crane! It's outside my window as we speak and is very distracting. God knows how I"m going to manage when there's the permanant crane there. Anyway, here's some pics:
