Well at least the exterior is turning out quite good..

Developers have made a few amendments to this proposal. Some of the key amendments are; reduction in one level of the apartment building but the height remains the same as the ceiling heights have been increased. Also an increase to the length of the balconies and the amount of apartments in the building.

I was trying to get a clear photo of it (failed), but there's some interesting design on the cladding on the west-facing exterior of the carpark. Appears to be a faint-ish picture of a large city, possibly manhattan, painted across the entire wall.

Ohh, I've been picturing this building completely wrong/backwards/etc. - I've been assuming those longer balconies face Franklin St, but they're actually on Young St, with the big, flat side facing Franklin instead.
