+1 - based on the number of levels of many of the CBD bldgs - seems to be an invisible barrier at this height.

Update from our mate Paul Pruszinski
there is no change proposed to the exterior of the building or it's hieght. Such is not even being considered. We have been going through a process of refining and perfecting the interiors, and it's likely that Mattioli Group will next week be appointing a builder (after months of discussions) to join the consulting team to start the documentation and finalise the tender.

... the architect i spoke to definitely told me they were making modifications... perhaps they meant small changes to the blueprints, landscaping, or interior. Anyway, definitely glad they're going ahead!
