Not just the windows, but the aluminum cladding too! By then it will blend well with the modernism of City Central/SA Water and even MLC House (by a good 50 years!)

Hopefully it'll provide a nice contrast to the Hilton Hotel then! -

Temporary fencing has gone up again in Morialta Street (west of the building) so hopefully Stage 4 is close to commencing. Watching this refurb is like watching an epic!

I always thought this building's exterior needed a coat of paint additional to the new glass to help complete its rejuvenation...

Work has finally commenced on level 8. Hopefully per the most recent application, the entire building will be completed this time around.
