I was in James Place at lunchtime today, and was struck by how busy it was, and how nice it was not to have a roadway in it. Nothing new, I use James Place a lot, but for some reason I really noticed it today.

IMO the most obvious of all laneways to really develop that laneway culture feel of cafes etc. With the back stump at the south end it really looks like you are in a city as well.

Agreed. Once Rundle Place is complete, Spendless should move in there.
