They posted something on facebook about waiting for their "residential certificate". Never heard of that before?

We wish to advise that the Occupancy Certificate for the building is now expected within the next few days with the community plan for all the apartments anticipated to be registered around mid-next week.

What do the variations mean?

Also, great to see a tenant for the ground level already!

There are people definitely living here now, various lights have been on in the top four floors very late at night.

I guess that means there's no chance of brown film being pulled off the glass to reveal a better colour glass underneath then :(
cheers,

So this one is complete then? I wish they could do something about the bare concrete on the podium from behind.

Entrance is the best bit of the building IMO.

So many interesting angles.

I have always thought this building looks great, it's always typical with these forums though people are quick to judge before they see the finished product. Guaranteed this building will grow on people, I see it happen too often on this site.

Evidently Cibo will be opening a "flagship" cafe here. Think their black and timber fit out.
Walking on over....

This is good, apart from Hutt Street I don't believe there is another Cibo on the southern end of the CBD. Sure enough you can expect the cafe in the neighbouring office building will suffer.
