May be. According to their website, $26 million has been sold, that doesn't quite go hand in hand with the 34 out of 259 apartments, unless of course the apartment's average price is over $750,000.
By the way, I think the developer is reading this forum, what is the chance of getting an update in their website within 24 hours after someone in here mentioned that their site have not been updated for over 6 months.

$26M seems like a good number I can't seem to access the site so I don't know the split
The website has been updated again. The number of apartments sold has gone up by a few. Also, it says that more than $45 million of apartments have been reserved. How much of that is true, who knows!
Funny how the launch date for this and the New Mayfield are the same.
I like the video. Compare to other developer's video which spends most of the time talking about Adelaide (which clearly is targeting an overseas audience), this video at least is talking about the building itself.
