I might be mistaken, but I believe that's the crane for East End Living on Pirie St.

Looking at the Skycity thread, it seems all the beautiful dark reflective glass they had for this site in their renders must have been delivered to the casino instead.

Looks like the core on Realm is getting reconfigured too.

Nice photos. I'm not the biggest fan of Adelaidean once you are up close, but when viewed form a distance I think it looks great.

Had beers sitting on Rundle Street today.

The tower proper is much better than the podium. Just my opinion. Overall, happy with this being our new tallest

If my counting is correct the floor plates are up to level 25. It will certainly have some bulk about it once it tops out. We should see the obvious transition to apartment floors soon too, once the form work climbs a few more floors.

Looking at the photos from distance and counting how many floors are likely still to occur, to me is seems that the Realm will appear taller than Adelaidean on the skyline.

Will be interesting how either of them will appear against the Westpac building. Have a feeling that the Westpac building will still remain our tallest above sea level building and thus tallest building regarding to the skyline.
Technically Adelaidean and Realm may be taller from base to top but it may not appear that way on the skyline. Will be interesting none the less and also with Luminesque

I also enjoy an afternoon beer in the sun on rundle street. Unfortunately this tower is going to block the sun for those sitting on rundle
street.

Do you have the shading charts handy? It's far enough away from Rundle Street that I wouldn't expect it to have much effect except during the colder months when the sun isn't doing much anyway.

The level 21 community 'break out' space should be visible soon - it'll define the break between hotel levels and private apartments.

Disagree. Sitting at the Austral, that piece of poo Dwell blocked the sun during what should've been the best hours of the afternoon.
