Common ground development on mellor st, as at 31/3. Crane base installed, was supposed to go up on Sunday but didnt for some reason. Fun Fact: they can divert traffic from the oaks carpark through the area at the back of garage and out onto morphett st.

Interesting, so basically a second stage to this, from a couple of pages back:
Not sure what's going on in that render though. I recognise a few of the locations in the image, but everything seems to be in the wrong place. (for instance, where's the park on the right come from?
Flinders St East seems to be really working well for Guava Lime though. What are they up to now for that stretch? 1 hotel (Clarion Soho) and 5 apartment buildings (Aqua, Flinders Loft, Art, Zen and now Zen2)?

That "park" on the right in the render is the rooftop sports courts of CBC college (and yes that's where it is).

It's a very "creative" render, putting grassed areas on Tucker street where there's in fact an ugly carpark and an ugly CitySalvos building. The courts on the left are CBC, but their (fake?) grass courts are green not blue.Nathan wrote:Are you sure? Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

Yawn. I just woke up. Did I miss anything?
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

As of 21/4/2014 the 'Citrifringe' development... seems 'phase 2' (the right hand side in this photo) was built more or less simultaneous with 'phase 1'. Nice bit of densification on our sparse SW corner.

More than ten months...?!Wayno wrote:Yawn. I just woke up. Did I miss anything?
It's = it is; its = everything else.
You're = you are; your = belongs to.
Than = comparative ("bigger than"); then = next.
