The last application says 19 story building, as indicated higher up on this page.. Thats what had me confused.

The crane on Grenfell st has blue signage, HansenYuncken? Although it's blury and hard to make out what it says.

Walked past in the rain yesterday and noticed as well that work is coming along very quickly. Couldn't quite tell how tall the core was but was surprised to see it there already.

Does anyone know why the temporary shops that were supposed to be built along the hoardings in Rundle Mall were never built in the end?

Maybe they're waiting for construction to pass the ground floor? The hoarding would need to move back before stalls can be put in. They can't move the hoarding until the foundations are complete, I assume.
