On days where it’s sunny it looks quite sleek.

On the Eastern side theres a facade panel that is highly reflective... Just under the floor jump system. Makes me wonder if the facade currently has a protective coating?

Nup, wrong side. It stands out like crazy. I was sitting at the lights on North terrace/Frome intersection heading west, as I was in the car I didn't take a pic.

Both Realm & Adelaidean cranes increased in height this weekend, View from park lands next to Fullarton Rd ( doggy do park). From left to right Realm , Pirie St apartments , Adelaidean. Click on picture for bigger.

Second balcony level, immediate left panel is the highly reflective one, you can see it in the great shot above.

EBG's photo in the crane thread gives a better view of Pikey's panel:

Because it's one of the screening/opaque panels, I'd say it's more likely a backing film yet to be removed rather than Pikey's theory of a removed one revealing reflective glazing. There's no evidence of film on any of the other installed panels from what I've seen either.

The crane is now visible from about Sefton Plaza driving shouts on Main North Road. The light stands out well around sunset.

Same also on the Superway. The tip of the crane is higher than Westpac.
