This site is now making good progress. Pictures as at 11 may 2016. More precast columns added on northern side and east side right up against Morphett St bridge -there is now a covered walk way over the actual footpath on the bridge.

Adelaide has just hosted "Australia's largest medical technologies conference" at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The conference also included a visit to the emerging technology/innovation Tonsley hub.

Adelaide is gaining kudos for its rapidly developing health/medical/science precinct on North Terrace and research and innovation in medical technologies.
Two photos of interest via @BionewsSA:

After watching that video, I cant wait to see the precinct in its finished form!
This will be very prominent (as the Adel Uni building is) from North Adelaide, was admiring it from the golf course recently.

Yep, the view of that part of the city from the northern side (where you can get a good panoramic view) is very impressive. It actually grabs your attention as you come across the bridge on KWS into the city.

Some steel work has been added at the far eastern end next to the Morphett St bridge, possibly to transfer the load of a new column to the 2 adjoining columns at the lower levels.

Some pictures from 27 June of the north Tce side; note the tapering length of the columns moving towards the West end (centre to left of picture) and also the rounded western end, also the sloping roof of the Adelaide Uni building and the pointy enclosed balconies on the eastern end (right hand side of picture). This picture also shows part of the basement for the Great Hall building in Hindley St.
