From my experience Starfish are a professional Developer and they've had good success with Vue and
Bohem. I wonder if they are now planning a third apartment building. Any thoughts ?

What looks to be the crane pit is currently being worked on in the centre of the site. There's a deeper pit with four open ended piles, and if my assumptions are correct a Favco base suitable for Maxcon's white M380D crane will be on site shortly.

As Pikey and Dvious mentioned the crane base is in place just to the north east of the centre of the site.

Looking forward to this one...will sure stand out like dogs balls when completed. Good incentive to keep building into this area, needs a touch up.

The southern section of the ground floor has re-inforcement in place ready for pouring, this only leaves the centre section. Picture lunch time Thursday 19 may.

Certainly makes a huge impact down Morphett Street, was a strange feel when heading to work this morning. This area is like a country town, so going to make a huge impact when complete.

I feel that this building and Kodo are going to change the skyline dramatically (even more than Vue did recently). Will be keenly tracking and taking photos over the next year or so!

I can only add to the comments above - even the crane for this seems... huge. I actually got a shock seeing it in the distance tonight - even in the dark it's impossible to miss.
