Looks like they've been hooking up mains or storm water to the site today. Workers have dug a hole and run some piping in from the street, although it's much closer to the existing structures near morphett st than it is to to location of the first stage, so it could be remedial work for all i know.

Demolition has definitely started as at Saturday 2 July. Will try to get a picture soon. Demolition also in progress on corner of Halifax St and Hurtle Square .

A few of the big construction companies such as Watpac and Maxcon are advertising for subcontractors
for this development in today's paper.

Demolition of the single story building facing Elizabeth St is complete and work is now concentrated on the inside of the old Balfours Building

Once the demolition is complete it will be a couple of months before any site works occur. They don't have a
builder yet.
