To boot, you can see some of the glass brick to the extreme left of the photo. Come the end of next year, it shall all look so very different.

Good to see the crane up this morning, especially considering the weather conditions. It stands out like crazy in this low rise part of the CBD.

Jeez you'd have to have balls to get up there in today's conditions.

REv - i have a friend who was a crane chaser in Sydney before it became an illegal occupation - out on the end of the boom/hook all day - needed for specific and precise fitting and leverage - what a job!

It seems from my observations in B'Bane Cbd that the longer the boom on a hammerehead the bigger the project or the more inaccessable the project is due to awkward plating/footprint. They may still need another yet. (Saw 4 on one bldg in Bris. on Fri).
