Yep, this ones looking good now. Saw a foundation pour on tuesday I think it was, one HELLUVA deep hole for this one, as deep as CC1 nearly was. Underground carparking I assume?

this building is quite a good scale for Light Square IMO - just needs the building next door and the fugly old TAFE number replaced with buildings of similar proportions

I really like the appearance of the building, especially when you are coming into Light Square from Hindley Street.
I just wish that it was a few levels taller, it's striking glass facade would have made a really modern statement on the skyline if it was taller.
My only criticism is that from the sides it looks rather bland.

The technique of prefabricating the elevator shaft offsite and then placing in on site seems to becoming more common amongst small multi level buildings in Adelaide in recent years. I have seen it on at least a few other sites before this one.
