It's 15 levels and not sure of exact height but think it is 55m

Those images remind me of the design they used on old tenaments that were constructed in New York in the late 19th century.

I'm fairly open to all built forms, but yeah.. that's just hideous from any school of design. What were they thinking? Why is there one lonely balcony tacked onto a window? What's with the disproportionate windows on the lower part? And it's only a render so the materials can change, but kack orange?

I'm actually quite dissapointed that such an ugly building is being constructed and will be there for another 50 years or so.
