The core formwork has been removed.

Latest development 37th floor.

From this afternoon. A bright day, which made it tricky to photograph on a phone. A damn beautiful building, no matter what angle you view it from.

Starting to really blend in with the skyline now

There still should be a lift motor over run and a roof feature to come, which should add more final height.

Once cleaned up it should look even better!

Looking at the plans, no. Lift motor may be in the basement but there is definitely an overrun shown.

I know this render shows the old facade but the structural design hasn't changed.
