Last night I did a similar trip. The building is now clearly visible from near St Clements (and Regency Road). The flashing white light on the crane was visible from stopped in the queue for the Grand Junction Road traffic lights on Port Wakefield Road!

Does anyone know what floor level the building is currently at? The concrete core appears to have topped out. I know there is discussion about this on earlier pages suggesting the core would be reconfigured and continue upwards, but this doesn't appear to be happening on site. Surely the highest point of the building isn't already complete? Perhaps the top few levels are steel? Or concrete but without jump-form?

Knowing Samaras it's going to be steel. If anyone can get a close-up of the core then we'll get a better idea.

Only directly inline with Frome Street/Road from the north otherwise all good. Just hpoe more towers will be built around them then you won't have to worry.

The final height of the building must be just barely above the top of cloud outline that appears in Plasmatron's second photo. They are currently working on the thirteenth floor above the podium gap, and then there is the annexe (or loft) to add two small upper floors above that final full floor. The core must currently reach about 130 metres. Does that seem about right?

Well, there's no tree on the top. That's probably the only clear indication that this hasn't topped out.
