Love it, just hate the location. There are so many empty spaces further east down the mall (i.e. just by Twin Street), seems like they are cramming this on the side of the mall where there's already a lot going on.

Guess he's a messenger pigeon and slightly more noble than the humble street rat-with-wings.
Gotta say, whatever the aesthetic merit (debating art is good!), it's a bargain price. Especially given the media he's gained around the country today.
