Are the brown parts between the windows going to be bricked or are they painted concrete?

The brown parts between the windows are tile thickness brick sections which are applied to the precast sections at the castors yard so care is taken in transporting and installing the precast panels. The gray/brown areas above the windows are just painted/dyed concrete. (see area below man in yellow vest bending over in picture). Please click on picture for bigger.

The climbing form work for the lift/service cores for the 2 outer (shorter) towers is being removed as they have reached their final height. Also more windows on the north wall of the middle tower. All pictures 29/5/2024.

I wonder if/hope this development does spur on some other 'high rise' around North Adelaide, along the rest of O'Connell and Jeffcott and around Wellington Square.
Think such developments would highly appeal to city office workers, would probably help fast track the tram extension up O'Connell and even justify a second tram down Jeffcott. One can continue up to Prospect, the other the inner north west around Bowden etc.

I would’ve thought after O’Connell Street that an extension down Melbourne Street would be more appropriate than Jeffcott Street, then both of North Adelaide’s grids would be connected to the trams.
