This can be seen quite clearly from approaches into the city/north adelaide such as torrens & port roads.
Here's hoping it spurs on more residential/hotel developments in that 50-70m range in north adelaide.

Some additional steel work has been added to the top of all 3 towers this could be either some plant rooms or maybe some recreation /BBQ deck or penthouses.

I'm a semi-regular poster here. I've created a new account to try and remain anonymous.
I know people who are involved in the construction on this site.
The buildings have major issues relating to the structure of the buildings. Large amounts of water seeping into the basement. Piles cracking and rusting. Piles moving. Balconies sagging. These are just the things I'm aware of, there's probably more going on.
To anyone thinking of buying or living in these buildings, DON'T!
Major issues, with those involved trying to do the bare minimum in order to get the building signed off.
This will be Adelaide's version of Mascot Towers at some point in the future.

from an outsider's perspective they're very disappointing to look at considering the location and controversy around them... I expected a classier looking building than what I'm seeing.

The nRAH had similar issues with water leaking through windows/cladding, lift wells filling up with water when it rained, but those issues were rectified prior to the hospital opening.
Any chance they will be fixed on this site or nah?

I’m not at all surprised, to be honest. Before the window installation, the sheer speed this went up and the very hollow looking bone structure of the three buildings gave off a cheap impression. Also to how they’ve merely tacked on the ground floor shopping precinct, seems poorly build.

Its a shame if this is true.
Very prominent position to have potentially uninhabitable apartments, especially given how long it takes to rectify these kinds of things
