The front shores of WestLakes would look very wonderful with more appartments down there way. We seriously need more caffees down there though. Bravo at West Lakes Mall starts kicking people out at about 9 each nigh.

Anyone know about the site next door [old Chinese restaurant] the sign says completion in 2010 - how about commencing in 2010! I know there was a gfc and development finance is hard but surely the development approval has lapsed after all these years?

It has had another name change, this time to "cedar", and is complete apart from a few cones & orange mesh on the common areas. Looked
like an estate agent showing someone around this afternoon. Externally, it is finished to a high standard, I assume it is as good on the inside.
