I really like it. Looks cool
Sounds a bit silly, but its the type of building you see in cities like New York or Chicago

To be honest I think it is horrible and will ruin King William Street.

I like it. It's a shame about the King Will height restrictions. Really irritating actually.
More 80+ developments though and out skyline iwll change some what. Can't wait for Harris Scarfe building to get under way.

It does amuse me that these height restrictions of ours are such as if Westpac House never existed. Newsflash: it does. OMIGOSH PLANEZ WILL CRASH. HERITAGE IZ ROOINED.

No, height limits are higher on that side of the city.

Interesting that no Western perspective is provided.

There's an elevation here:
http://www.adelaidecitycouncil.com/adcc ... proval.pdf p4
But no perspective because the building is less visible from the west anyway.
Also interesting to note that the floor levels exactly match the building to the south.

Thank you for the PDF. I just wanted confirmation that there are windows to that face.

I think someone mentioned this before, but it is a bit odd that a 25 level building has no lift foyers. The ground floor shows letable space for the entire floor, but with no common area for security or tenants above to gain access to the lifts.

The ACC has voted NO to this one (too tall for the location and doesn't compliment surrounding heritage buildings!), however it doesn't rest with them as it is more than $10m.

Doesn't complement the surrounding heritage buildings? Like what, the Adam Internet building??

We are fortunate that the ACC decision doesn't count for anything. This building would be great for KWS. I guess it will be the tallest building in the street, and nicely standing out amongst the 15-18 story wall.
