Does anyone remember the development map DPTI had on their website?
Well, it's now been moved to the SA Planning Portal!

A quick sketch of what Adelaide should look like soon with all the approved talls that are under construction or likely to be.
I left out all the mid size buildings. It has a real LA look to it.

Great job!
From that angle wouldn’t Adelaide, Real etc look taller as they are closer?

You might be right but things can look taller if they're far away also. I had no real reference for height.

More artist impressions of the overall skyline once these projects are done would be cool.

For those who aren't aware, DPTI have released a 3D Development Activity Tracker on their website. It shows developments approved, under construction or completed since 2016 in the City of Adelaide, along the uplift corridors, around Port Adelaide and Glenelg.

That interactive map posted just above is awesome - gives a really good broad indication of the changes we are seeing in the CBD

Since when is there a 200m observation tower vision?
If it's that decades old one, what's the point of including it and not other never built talls?

Hi rev, thank you for the list of 'never built talls' you sent me. Much appreciated. I'm not sure where you got this additional tall, but since you insist on its inclusion, I'll comply with your request.

Since when did we have a 291m building proposed for Adelaide ever?

The 291m thing never happened.
