This pic gives a good indication of it's height from the street level... pretty impressive imo.

The ACC has received an application for a 7 level residential building in Moger Lane.

This development has been designated a category 2 application.

Great photos Pants!

I am really impressed as to how Admiral and the Light Square building have turned out. Both are striking modern buildings, and they have given a boost to both respective squares.

And I can't wait for the Bob Hawke Building to be completed. If it turns out like the image it will become an instant landmark.

I agree with you on Admiral but IMO the Australian Central place looks a bit dated in that photo. I could just be the fact it's in shadow, and I haven't seen it in reality yet.

Great pics.

It's the southern facade of the under construction UniSA building in the photo I posted today mate.

I put pics up on SSC ages ago in the Low-Mid Rise Development thread.

Here are some more photos/renders off the Architect's website:

The last render is the Nth Terrace facade in the photo I took today.

There's a lift-out in todays Tiser about the building boom. Anyone know if it's worth getting or just the usual jibberish? I saw it on their website.

I was dissapointed by the lift-out. It was a waste of money.
