The crane at the retirement apartment development at Somertin Park has come down. Back to the 1 suburban crane.

Thanks Will has the apartment tower at Glenelgs crane gone up? They started construction in January unless they aren’t using a tower crane.

Just drove past the site at Glenelg. No sign of a crane base yet. They are still piling at the site.

Had my doubts whether we'd ever see this day. Glad we've got here.
Do you think this will require 1 or 2 cranes?Quite a big footprint.

Just the one surely if it's a hammerhead.
I expect the Walker Tower will need two luffing cranes.

The mobile crane in Hutt St is a relatively small mobile (only about 50 Tonnes) working on a three story building fronting onto Angus St (east).

There were two larger mobile cranes working yesterday - one at HM Theatre and the other in front of the Gray Street development.

2, possibly three cranes up this weekend. East End, Casino and Adelaidean unless they are making that tower a permanent feature.
