Update of hackney hotel project. late last year all the more recent additions to the hackney hotel have been demolished and only the original Hotel building remains. A large basement is being excavated where the former carpark was located .Picture 1/8/21- view from side St Richmond St ).

Update 5/9/2021. Only the very original front of the hotel remains all other additions have ben demolished. The rest of the site has been levelled and compacted. Some strip footings have been poured in the basement section. pictures from Richmond St. (side st off Hackney Rd)).

Here's a drive-through of The Square at Woodville West. All of the land has now been sold and the project should wrap up soon.

Man, that area is totally unrecognisable. Spent my junior days playing for the Woodville White City SC at the ground behind the woodville west reserve.

No idea where to put this... but surprisingly JD Sports has opened their second SA store at Elizabeth.
No doubt they will open more stores in Adelaide. Likely the city will be next.

The old Bianco's site next to Kilkenny railway station is finally being cleared. Hopefully there will be news on the redevelopment front soon - the amended DPA indicated 300 dwellings for this site.
