Their store will open by the end of March with the G-star fit-out and they will renovate in June/July to their own fit-out.
Best news ever!
Will the fully fit-out store be in a different location or will they stay at the former G-Star site?

Does anybody know what is going on at the southern end of topham mall?
There used to be a credit union or some sort of credit union there.

That vacant lower level has been split in 2 I think... Southern most part is a 'major' bank branch I read somewhere before Xmas, and the other part has a notice for a liquor licence hanging in the window so either restaurant or bar I'd say.

Great thank you. I saw them revamp the ground areas outside, with a timber and bricks. Looks very hip.

Topham Mall is the process of being revamped. Article from December 2014

Renew Adelaide is also now involved in bringing life to the underwhelming yet busy pedestrian link.

New tenancies at this stage:
- Gypsy Dragon
- Kangkong
- Lady Burra Brewery (cnr of Currie/Topham)
- Bendigo Bank (?)
Bout time!

Is there still time to fix King William St?
Lucky 7 Good Dollars Convenience, Obun Chef and even People's Choice Credit Union have perished this past year.

^ agreed, sucks seeing empty spaces in the most central spot of the central district.

That was the Beyond Bank (CPS Credit Union) head office who have since moved down to the old workcover building at 100 Waymouth.

If Gourmet Glaze are as good as they claim to be, then they have nothing to worry about to be honest.
The local coffee places beat Starbucks after all.

A bit of a grassroots campaign to support local Gourmet Glaze will fix that I think. Gourmet Glaze can pull their finger out and do something as well, you know.
Besides GG is far superior to the rubbish KK serve up.

Glad to read there are people in support of Gourmet Glaze, my sister and her former partner own the business. KK originally attempted to buy GG out two years after they opened, from my understand the offer was very threatening - then KK went up shit creek. They've remained pretty calm about KK's arrival in Adelaide but don't know how this one will go down. All I can say is that Peregrine are scum, for a company who praise Adelaide and talk about wanting to give back to this city, all their presence has done is destroy local business in all forms.
