i live in the city and as a working adult always have.

rented in Garden East for sometime and then reno'd a place in Fullarton now i'm back in the city which i love

Adelaide is the best city to live in, we're in the south west cnr and it's dead quite on weekends, close to the market, gouger st & now Gilbert Street is a real hive too..Gilbert Hotel, The Brunswick which is freshly renovated and in my opinion the best on the street, alot of businesses choosing to continue building/working also such as well known architects etc..

A 2/3 bedroom townhouse will be closet to 400K ++ these days

We have a rental too which pulls in 405 a week, nearby

Hope it helps...

I went and checked out some townhouses on the weekend. I really liked these ones that are still under construction. However, I went for a walk past today to have another look to see how the progress is going and such, the outside already has graffiti all over it and the painters haven't even finished yet!
