No, sorry... there is always alot of talk and negotiations, but relaying something that is only a POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT is not something that certain people would wish to be revealed publicly and also not in my nature to devulge personal negotiations about due to privacy.
I will try to reveal (what or when I can) information that all parties are comfortable to release to the public, as essentially it incorporates the community, council, and government's desire to know the particulars as soon as possible (if not at the some level) as the public wishes to stay informed.

The current building on site looks to be under demolition.

I've changed this one's status to under construction. The building hassn't been started, but demolition is well progressed. The roof of the old building is gone, and the second level's gutted.

Half of the original building has been completely demolished and cleared. The other half hasn't been touched yet.
Perhaps construction will be done in 2 stages - one for each half? Either that or maybe waiting for the tenancy on the other half to be up before they level it.
I'll post pics when the weather picks up.

Yeah.

It is north west of footy park, next to the first bridge onto delfin island. You can see it from the West Lakes Mall car park. If you go to the second level car park (outside the cinema) you can get an elevated view of the site.
There's not much going on, just digging and stuff.
