Would be awesome if this went ahead, and it's more plausible than the Currie Street tower.

I will reserve judgement until something is set in concrete (pun not intended)

Oh come on mate, you cannot honestly believe that this is a serious proposal considering the circumstances.
However let it be known that I will happily eat humble pie if this turns out to be real, as it is a very erotic looking building!

I am not as 'up to scratch' as everyone else is with architecture but I think I just got a semi just looking at this one. I am amazed that they managed to work both the highly modern and traditional building styles so well. While the Heart of Glass was nice, this is better by a long way.

Only being sarcastic. However, like you I will eat humble pie if it is built.

Phwoar!
I like how they left the façade of what's currently the office supplies place with the double barrelled english name there. This is just down from Telstra house and the ACC buildings.

The architect is
Fitzpatrick Partners (only seems to work in IE)
This development is 30,000sqm. The developer is,
Charter Hall Group (
CHC.AX), the listed property trust that was behind the KPMG building, 151 Pirie Street, on Hindmarsh Sq.
I count 27 floors, including ground.

Fuck these are the same guys who did Macquarie Bank and Bishops See South, two projects which absolutely love. We can only expect amazing results if this eventuates.
I'd much rather this over the Currie Street proposal.
