looks like it's better quality than the Altitude building, this building has windows at least, the only bad thing i can think of is it should be double the height (110m and 32lvls) but 55m is better than what is presently on that site
also that brown(or orange) and black colour scheme will match that building that was proposed for the corner of light sq and waymouth st.

This is now on public notification on the ACC website.
51m to top of roof. height Limit in the area is 40m... though on the council owned land the precinct accross the road is 60m...

This development will come before the ACC DAP this coming Monday.
The reccomendation to the DAP is for them to APPROVE this development.
However, as it costs more than $10 million, final approval will have to be sought from the state government DAC.
