I can only assume it is then going to head down the serviced apartments/student accommodation model on completion if they can't sell?

Hopefully when people can see what they are getting then they fully sell out, complete mid/high rise apartment that sells out would be a breath of fresh air.

edit - can't complain with 1 bedroom apartment for $290k and it is 72m2 (inc balcony)
